New Delhi, Jan. 25 -- A Delhi court has on Saturday upheld the bail granted to Mohd Ubaidullah in connection with the alleged violence that occurred during the night of January 6-7, 2026, near Badi Masjid in Faiz-e-Ilahi, Chandni Mahal.
The bench led by Justice Prateek Jalan had earlier set aside a previous bail order, describing it as "cryptic and unreasoned," and directed the trial court to reassess the bail application strictly based on the material on record.
