New Delhi, March 10 -- A Delhi court has sentenced two men to seven years of rigorous imprisonment for robbing a mobile phone and causing hurt with a surgical blade near Kendriya Terminal bus stand in June 2023.
Principal District and Sessions Judge Pitamber Dutt convicted and sentenced Mohd. Azeem alias Ajim and Aman alias Ammu under Section 394 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt while committing robbery.
According to the prosecution, on June 13, 2023, around 7.30 pm, the complainant Amit Kumar Yadav and his relative Ramji Yadav were waiting for a bus at Pandit Pant Marg Central Terminal.
