New Delhi, May 22 -- Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devender Yadav on Friday alleged that the Delhi Government's Heat Wave Action Plan has failed to provide relief to residents as temperatures crossed 46 degrees Celsius in several parts of the national capital.

Addressing a press conference, Yadav claimed that people working outdoors, including construction workers and daily wage labourers, were among the worst affected due to the severe heatwave conditions prevailing in the city.
