New Delhi, July 26 -- Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav today expressed deep concern and condemnation regarding potential accidents caused by the failure to timely prune or, where necessary, felling of deteriorating trees that pose a risk of falling during the monsoon.
He stated that while conducting safety checks on trees and pruning hazardous branches before the monsoon is the responsibility of the departments and the agencies concerned, but the Delhi government, relevant agencies have failed to take timely action, Yadav alleged.
