New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday conducted a surprise inspection of the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), located in East Delhi's Dilshad Garden and reviewed the hospital's facilities, and expressed displeasure over the prevailing conditions at the institute. She has announced that construction of a new building at the institute would commence shortly, and assured that all medical and administrative shortcomings would be addressed within the current financial year.
