New Delhi, June 22 -- In a move to strengthen good governance, transparency, and public service delivery, the Delhi government has brought 23 new services under the Delhi Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Services Act, 2011.
According to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the decision will directly benefit not only ordinary citizens but also those individuals, businesses associated with industry, trade, hospitality, tourism, construction, and the services sector.
The CM said the government's objective is to ensure that citizens and businesses receive government services within a defined timeframe, and not have to struggle.
