Palwal, Oct. 25 -- The Delhi-bound carriageway of a flyover on the National Highway in Palwal will remain completely closed to vehicular traffic for three days from midnight on Sunday to facilitate road strengthening and essential repair work, police said.
The closure will affect motorists travelling from Hodal and Mathura towards Faridabad and Delhi. Vehicles will be diverted to the service road running alongside the flyover during the repair period.
According to a police spokesperson, the affected stretch of the flyover begins opposite the Deputy Commissioner's residence and descends near Pappan Plaza in Palwal. The closure has been imposed in view of technical requirements and safety considerations associated with the repair work.
