New Delhi, July 14 -- Delhi BJP president Harsh Malhotra on Monday welcomed the conviction of former Aam Aadmi Party Municipal Councillor Tahir Hussain in connection with the murder of an Intelligence Bureau officer Ankit Sharma in the midst of the riots in North- East Delhi in 2020.
Malhotra has alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party had a strong bond with several anti national activists and this has been exposed time and again in the actions of Tahir Hussain back in the 2020 North-East Delhi riots. In the context of Hussain's conviction, he demanded a public apology from AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal for associating with anti-national elements.
