New Delhi, Jan. 21 -- Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Wednesday held meetings with the Governor and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, with the discussions centred on reforms being implemented in the Delhi legislative assembly to modernise its functioning, including going paperless, and enhance public trust.

He also underlined the importance of constitutional values, legislative cooperation and stronger coordination between institutions across states.
