New Delhi, July 21 -- The Delhi government's Health Department has facilitated allotment of internship seats to 275 Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs), enabling them to complete the mandatory training required for registration as medical practitioners.
The internship allotments were made following a counselling process conducted by the department to address the pending demand for internship opportunities among FMGs who have already cleared the mandatory qualifying examination.
According to the Health Department, 68 internship seats have been allocated across seven teaching hospitals, including ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Lady Hardinge Medical College, Vardhman Mahavir Medical Co...
