New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- In a bid to provide a solution to the issue regarding supply of drinking water, faced by the personnel of the Border Security Force at the force's camp in Chhawla, South West Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today laid the foundation stone for a clean drinking water project in the area.

The upcoming project will not only provide water supply to the BSF camp, but also will be a relief for the residents of the nearby villages in the area.

Notably, the water pipeline will be laid from Chhawla BSF Camp to the phirni road of Chhawla village.

Connected to the Dwarka Water Treatment Plant, this new pipeline will ensure a clean and reliable water supply not only for the BSF camp but also for the nearby local residents.
