New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- The Electoral Registration Officer of Delhi's assembly constituency-40 on Thursday clarified regarding a media report titled "In seat Kejriwal lost by thin margin, nearly 40 per cent names added before 2025 polls now missing in SIR draft", stating that due process was followed and there was no irregularity.
The ERO mentioned that the report raised issues regarding names not appearing in the Draft Electoral Roll of Assembly Constituency No. 40-New Delhi, including references to electors who were added to the electoral roll before the General Election to the Legislative Assembly.
