New Delhi, July 4 -- Delhi Congress President Devender Yadav today demanded that the investigation into the alleged Central Procurement Agency (CPA) medicine procurement scam be expanded to cover the past 12 years, and called for the resignation of state Health Minister Pankaj Singh on moral grounds.

Yadav said all FIRs, previous complaints, Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports, vigilance inquiries and reports of other agencies related to the matter should be brought together and examined through a fair and high-level investigation.
