New Delhi, May 1 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today sent out a clear message to those who commit violence and crime on the basis of regionalism, warning that they will not be spared at any cost and will be brought to the book.
Gupta met the bereaved family of late Pandav Kumar, a 21 year-old- delivery person, who lost his life in an incident that took place some days ago in the Dwarka area, Delhi, where he was allegedly shot dead.
