Muzaffarpur, Aug. 27 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin intensified the Opposition's "vote chori" (vote theft) allegations against the Election Commission (EC) and the BJP as he joined the Voter Adhikar Yatra here in Bihar today.
