Pune, July 4 -- Young people have immense opportunities in emerging technologies and innovation, and instead of merely seeking jobs, they should focus on creating enterprises powered by new ideas and technology, said veteran defence industry leader S.V. Mohindra.
He is a partner of Poona Udyog manufacturing company and president of an association representing MSMEs in the defence sector.
Mohindra was felicitated on the occasion of his 80th birthday by industry associations and well-wishers. During the event, a biography titled 'The Untamed Maveric' chronicling his inspiring entrepreneurial journey, authored by Dr. Sonali Sharad Dudihalli, a faculty member at Bhavan's Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai, was also released.
