New Delhi, July 16 -- The continuous focus on re-imagining the Sub-Cities developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on part of Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu, has resulted in the land agency recording strong housing sales in the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.

Driven by robust demand for housing across all categories, the DDA sold 1,284 flats during the quarter while generating Rs 1,020 crores in revenue, which indicates growing public confidence in the housing schemes.

As per official data, the Narela sub-city has emerged as the biggest contributor to this success, with 1,153 flats sold during the quarter, accounting for nearly 90 per cent of the total sales, which shows that people are attracted towards ...
