New Delhi, Oct. 7 -- The Delhi Development Authority has initiated the In- Situ rehabilitation process of the JJ clusters, (Jhuggi Jhopdi) as part of the Delhi Master Plan 2047 under Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Sandhu's guidance.
The move is not only aimed to provide dignified living to the slum dwellers of the city, but also give way to a large housing stock and commercial space for a larger population in the national capital.
In this connection, the land agency has floated a request for proposal (RFP) for the appointment of three Transaction Advisors who will prepare feasibility reports for a total of 15 projects covering 45 JJ clusters across the city.
