Hyderabad, March 4 -- Cyient Limited on Wednesday announced the appointment of Prabhakar Atla as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Shrinivas Kulkarni as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 1, 2026, as part of leadership changes aimed at driving the company's next phase of growth.
Atla, currently serving as CFO, will transition int o the COO role after more than two decades with the engineering services firm, the Hyderabad based company said in a release here.
In his new position, he will oversee global operations, focusing on scaling next-generation delivery models, strengthening execution agility and enhancing customer-centric delivery.
