Chennai, Oct. 26 -- The Cyclonic Storm Arnab over the bay intensified into a Severe Cyclonic storm on Monday night, moving towards the Andhra Pradesh and Odisha Coasts, sparing Tamil Nadu, and it is likely cross the coast on Wednsday forenoon afger further concentrating into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm.
