Srinagar, June 18 -- A vibrant cultural festival- Shaam-e-Shafqat, celebrating India's rich and diverse heritage, was held in Pattan Baramulla on Thursday.
Jointly organised by the North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the Indian Army, the festival brought together renowned artists from Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Manipur and Odisha, who enthralled the audience with captivating performances reflecting the depth and diversity of India's folk traditions, an official release stated.
