Ranchi, May 29 -- Students of the Department of Mathematics at the Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) have performed impressively in IIT JAM-2026, GATE-2026 and NPTEL examinations, bringing national recognition to the university.
In IIT JAM-2026, Akash Raj secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 447, while Ramashankar Yadav secured AIR 918. In the M.S. Statistics paper, Shakti Kumar obtained AIR 715. Sneha Bez, Aman Singh Tomar and Tasneem Ahmad also secured notable ranks.
Vinayak Pandit recorded a commendable performance in GATE-2026. He also secured All India Rank-1 in the NPTEL course "Computational Mathematics with SageMath".
