Lucknow, Jan. 4 -- Uttar Pradesh government is undertaking a significant initiative to connect the state's rich food heritage with economic development and job creation.

Officials here today said under the proposed One District-One Cuisine (ODOC) model, all 18 divisions of the state are proposed to be developed as cuisine clusters. The objective of this initiative is to provide organized recognition, better market access, and modern facilities to the unique and traditional dishes of each district.
