Dharamshala, Nov. 6 -- The Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) organised a two-day 'Green Diwali - Clean Diwali' initiative to promote environmental sustainability, cultural heritage and responsible celebrations.
The programme was organised by the University's SDG Cell in collaboration with the Sustainability Club and Cultural Club of HPKV Business School under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sat Parkash Bansal.
Addressing the university community, Prof. Bansal stressed that educational institutions must nurture environmentally conscious and socially responsible citizens. He urged students and faculty members to adopt eco-friendly practices in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
