Bhubaneswar, July 11 -- The Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS), South Eastern Circle, Brijesh Kumar Mishra, has conducted the statutory inspection of the newly laid second railway line between Baiguda and Kakiriguma stations, covering 12.385 km, as part of the Koraput-Singapur Road Doubling Project under the Rayagada Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR).
The CRS carried out a detailed inspection of the newly constructed double-line section on July 9 and 10, examining track geometry, bridges, signalling and telecommunication systems, overhead electrification installations and other safety-related infrastructure.
