Davanagere, March 31 -- Dismissing criticism over the government's anti-Naxal operations as "insignificant," senior BJP leader Basavaraj Bommai on Tuesday asserted that the Centre's sustained crackdown has yielded decisive results, with the insurgency rapidly declining across key regions.
Bommai said the success achieved under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah has rendered the so-called "Red Corridor" virtually obsolete, even as a few voices continue to question the outcomes.
