New Delhi, April 17 -- The Central Range of Delhi Police's Crime Branch has busted an alleged MDMA (Ecstasy) supply module operating in South Delhi and arrested two persons involved in trafficking narcotic substances.

According to police, the action was carried out following specific intelligence inputs, leading to a raid in the Chhatarpur area.

During the operation, a Wagon-R taxi was intercepted and one accused, identified as Deepak Kumar, was apprehended.

Police said he was found in possession of ecstasy pills and MDMA in crystal form.

Based on his interrogation, the alleged supplier, Md. Farhan alias Sunny, was subsequently traced and arrested from the Saket area before he could evade detection.
