Lucknow, March 16 -- The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has announced that it will organise a massive rally at Delhi''s Ramlila Maidan on March 24 to protest against the policies of the Central and State governments.

The party stated that this rally is being organized to oppose issues such as the Central government's liberalization and pro-corporate policies, rising inflation, and the shortage of gas cylinders.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Subhashini Ali, a member of the party's Politburo, stated that the shortage of LPG gas cylinders has worsened due to the impact of the conflict involving the US, Israel, and Iran, causing immense hardship to the general public.
