Patna, 3 Apr ( UNI) The Communist Party of India (CPI) has expressed deep concern over the ''rising incidents of violence against women and minor girls in Bihar''.CPI state secretary Ram Naresh Pandey alleged here on Friday that the law and order situation in the state has deteriorated significantly, claiming that the fear of police among criminals has diminished.
