Chennai, June 11 -- With its dream of retaining power for a second successive term shattered and getting isolated with key allies switching loyalty to the ruling TVK headed by Chief Minister Vijay in the post-poll realignment, the principal opposition DMK got further isolated, whenyet another partner, the CPI, exiting the alliance on Thursday even as the Dravidian major terming it as temporary and not permanent.
