Gopalganj (Bihar), April 28 -- Special Judge (MP-MLA court) Rajendra Kumar Pandey on Tuesday stayed the arrest of Janata Dal United MLA from Kuchaykot Assembly constituency, Amarnendra Kumar Pandey alias Pappu Pandey, and his CA Rahul Tiwari until May 7.
The judge issued the order during the hearing on their anticipatory bail petitions.
The prosecution requested extra time to study the case diary submitted in the court, which the judge accepted, granting interim relief by staying the arrests.
