Nashik, May 27 -- Four people, including a husband-wife and two children, drowned in Kashyapi Dam along the Nashik-Harsul road. However, a two-year-old toddler was rescued from the incident due to the timely intervention of a local woman.
The deceased have been identified as Sachin Kailas Thombre (32), a civil engineer settled in Nashik; his pregnant wife, Rohini Thombre; and their neighbours, two siblings -- Ketan Anil Pawar (16) and Kaushalya Anil Pawar (14).
