Rio De Janeiro, April 9 -- New Botafogo manager Franclim Carvalho has vowed to instill an attacking mindset as the Rio de Janeiro club seeks to recover from a slow start to the season.
The 39-year-old will take charge of Botafogo for the first time in a home clash against Caracas FC in the Copa Sudamericana on Thursday.
"My idea of the game fits perfectly with what Botafogo stands for. Botafogo is about purpose, about taking responsibility, about facing every match and every battle head-on," Carvalho tolda news conference on Wednesday.
