Lucknow, Sept. 6 -- Former MP and National Chairman of the Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (Karamchari Congress), Dr. Udit Raj, today launched a scathing attack on the Uttar Pradesh government during a press conference held at the Uttar Pradesh Congress headquarters here today.
