Mumbai, Apr 10 ( UNI) A political controversy has erupted over the allocation of development funds in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, with senior Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar strongly criticising the ruling dispensation.Speaking to the media, Wadettiwar alleged a significant disparity in the distribution of funds among corporators.
