New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Launching a sharp attack on the BJP governments in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra over the deaths of tribal children in separate incidents, the Congress on Monday charged grave lapses in nutrition, healthcare and hostel safety and demanded an independent inquiry and action against those responsible.
