Hyderabad, July 11 -- Telangana BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar on Friday reiterated the Congress party's unwavering commitment to 42 per cent reservation for Backward Classes (BCs) in Telangana, stating that the party has remained consistent from the Kamareddy Declaration to the legislative enactment.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, he emphasised that this major social reform is a result of the vision of Rahul Gandhi, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, and TPCC working president Mahesh Kumar Goud.
