New Delhi, March 5 -- The Indian National Congress on Thursday criticised the union government for what it called a lack of response after the reported sinking of an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean, an incident that opposition leaders say could have significant strategic implications for India.
Congress general secretary and communications in-charge Jairam Ramesh raised the issue in a post on X, pointing out that the vessel had recently participated in the multilateral naval exercise MILAN hosted by the Indian Navy.
