Ranchi, Sept. 4 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee today criticised the Centre's decision to revise the Goods and Services Tax (GST) slabs, calling it a delayed acknowledgmentof the hardships faced by ordinary people for nearly nine years.
