Nagpur, Nov. 4 -- A video purportedly showing Congress Ramtek MP Shyamkumar Barve playfully slapping party colleague and Chandrapur MP Pratibha Dhanorkar has gone viral on social media, prompting both leaders to clarify that the incident was merely a joke.
The episode reportedly occurred on November 1 inside a stationary bus in Delhi, where Opposition MPs had gathered for a protest against the Election Commission.
The video shows Dhanorkar sitting beside MP Varsha Gaikwad and laughing during a conversation when Barve, standing nearby, lightly slaps her. Taken aback, Dhanorkar appears momentarily startled.
