New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- Congress has stepped up its mobilisation drive in Haryana ahead of its November 1 mega rally at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi, with AICC General Secretary (Organisation) K. C. Venugopal on Friday calling on state leaders to ensure massive participation and intensify public outreach.
Venugopal chaired a meeting of Haryana Congress leaders and functionaries at the AICC headquarters, Indira Bhavan, to review preparations and formulate a strategy for the rally.
