Chandigarh, Jan. 26 -- Senior Congress leader and Bholath MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Monday demanded an immediate registration of a criminal case against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator from Maur following public allegations of corruption. The demand comes after Karnail Singh, President of the Nagar Council Maur, accused the sitting MLA of accepting Rs 30 lakh in exchange for facilitating his appointment to the municipal post.
