Nahan, May 21 -- BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal, targeting the Congress government, alleged that upon coming to power, the government locked more than two dozen government institutions in the Nahan Assembly constituency, betraying the public.
He said that the system in the state has not changed, but has collapsed, and now this government is about to go.
Dr. Bindal was addressing various meetings and public outreach programs in the Dharti area on Wednesday.
