Hyderabad, May 17 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy on Sunday accused the Telangana government of failing to ensure smooth grain procurement operations and alleged that farmers across the state were facing severe difficulties due to administrative negligence.
Addressing the media at the BJP State Office in Nampally, Kishan Reddy said the Congress government had deceived the public with promises made under various "declarations" and alleged that several welfare assurances remained unfulfilled.
