Ranchi, March 12 -- Rakesh Sinha, General Secretary and Media In-charge of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee, has strongly criticised the Centre over the alleged shortage of domestic LPG cylinders and the continuous rise in cooking gas prices in the country.

In a statement, Sinha said the current situation reflects the central government's policy failure, the impact of which is being directly felt by the common people, especially poor and middle-class women.
