New Delhi, June 25 -- Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav on Thursday criticised the rehabilitation arrangements offered to families displaced during the recent anti-encroachment drive in the Yamuna Bazar area, alleging that the facilities being provided are inadequate and unsuitable for long-term stay.

According to Yadav, more than 300 families affected by the demolition drive have been asked to relocate to night shelters operated by the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) at locations including Raja Garden, Sultanpuri, Munirka, and Geeta Colony. He alleged that many of these shelters suffer from overcrowding, poor sanitation, and inadequate civic amenities.
