New Delhi, May 11 -- The Congress on Monday mounted a sharp attack on the Centre over the proposed rollout of the Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) Act, 2025, alleging that the new scheme intended to replace MGNREGA was aimed at centralising powers and weakening the rights of rural workers.
