Patna, April 21 -- Congress today launched a sharp attack on the Centre over the implementation of the women's reservation law, alleging deliberate delay and "constitutional manipulation."Jharkhand minister Deepika Pandey Singh, while talking to news persons at Sadaqat Ashram, accused the central government of intentionally stalling the rollout of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act.

"The law has not been notified even after three years, and now there is talk of bringing amendments. This is completely unconstitutional," she said.
