Guwahati, Feb. 25 -- Assam Pradesh Congress Committee president Gaurav Gogoi today indicated that while the Congress has almost finalized alliance with some regional political parties, he is not much positive about an alliance with Akhil Gogoi led Raijor Dal.
Gogoi said that he is still in favour of the alliance with Raijor Dal. However, the discussion with Raijor Dal slowed down after Raijor Dal recently accommodated two Congress deserters. Gogoi, however, said that discussions with Raijor Dal are ongoing.
Gogoi further said it is true that talks with some parties have nearly been concluded and only formal announcements to the public remain. While discussions with several parties have been completed, talks with Raijor Dal are still incom...
