Chennai, May 21 -- The 59-year-long dream of Congress becoming part of the Cabinet was fulfilled on the rememberance day of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, even as Congress Legislature Party Leader S Rajesh Kumar, elected from Killiyoor Assembly constituency, deviated from the text making remarks hailing party stalwarts, while being sworn in as Minister following which Governor R V Arlekar intervened to say that these remarks were not part of oath.
